We’re Jack and Max. Our base is in Penllergaer, Swansea — about 30 to 35 minutes from Carmarthen along the A48. It’s the westernmost edge of our regular service area, and we already run contracts out this way, so our crews know the roads and the town.

Carmarthen is the county town of Carmarthenshire and it punches above its weight commercially. The county council offices bring a steady demand for office cleaning. The retail core around St Peter’s and the Johnstown area has shops, restaurants, and commercial premises that need regular upkeep. The University of Wales Trinity Saint David campus generates end of tenancy turnarounds and commercial cleaning contracts. And the A48 corridor running through town connects it all.

What Carmarthen doesn’t have is a surplus of professional, accredited cleaning companies. Most businesses here either use a local sole trader or a national chain that treats West Wales as an afterthought. We sit in between — big enough to handle serious contracts, small enough that you’ll actually speak to Jack or Max when you call.
